Using auramaxxing

By using auramaxxing, you agree to these terms and the community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must meet the minimum age requirements under the laws that apply to you and be able to enter into this agreement, with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. If you use auramaxxing for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.

Your account and access

Provide accurate account information, keep control of your sign-in email, and do not share verification codes. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may sign in using email, Apple, or Google where available. Sign-in methods with the same verified email connect to the same auramaxxing account. Apple’s Hide My Email supplies a separate relay address, so it may create a separate account. We may ask you to verify current access to an email before connecting a new sign-in method. Keep access to the email and provider accounts you use.

Some features require an account and a published website. Visitors can use permitted public features as browser Guests. A Guest identity is tied to necessary browser storage and may be lost when that storage is cleared. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in order to deceive.

auramaxxing is currently free and has no in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features, their prices and applicable terms will be presented before you choose to purchase them.

Your content stays yours

You retain the rights you hold in the content you submit. You give GroupUltra Limited a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt as needed for technical presentation, and display or transmit that content to provide the features you choose. This includes making selected content public when you publish and delivering messages to their intended recipients.

The license is limited to operating, maintaining, securing, and providing auramaxxing. It does not transfer ownership of your content to us. It ends when the content is removed from the service, except to the extent processing or retention remains necessary for backups, legal obligations, security, or other purposes described in the privacy policy.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and grant this license. Do not upload someone’s private information or photos without appropriate permission. You are responsible for what you publish and send.

Publication and AI features

Building your first website publishes it when creation successfully finishes. The selected public information becomes accessible to visitors. Later website style edits use a draft and explicit publication; saving profile or album changes updates the associated live information. Review the action and the information you choose to make public.

By accepting these terms, you agree that when you request an AI creation or edit, auramaxxing may send third-party AI providers your relevant profile information, selected content and images, creative instructions, current website content and code, and a privately uploaded preview screenshot for a selected edit. This enables the provider to generate website content and artwork for your request. The app does not supply your sign-in token, password, or private messages as inputs to these AI features. The AI section of our privacy policy explains this processing.

AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate, incomplete, or similar to output generated for someone else. Check the result before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, exclusive, or free of third-party rights.

Do not use AI features to produce prohibited content or circumvent these terms. AI features are creative tools, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Respect other people and the service

You may not use auramaxxing to create, distribute, facilitate, or encourage:

• Child sexual exploitation or abuse; pornography or sexual exploitation; or non-consensual intimate content.
• Hateful conduct, threats, violence, harassment, stalking, or disclosure of another person’s private information.
• Illegal activity, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, scams, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or spam.
• Malware, unauthorized access, interference with service operation, abuse of automated requests, or attempts to evade security and access controls.
• Manipulated scores, abusive game behavior, or coordinated manipulation of social interactions.

The community guidelines provide additional detail. Do not attempt to access another person’s private messages, drafts, account, or restricted data.

Games and social interactions

Mini-games and leaderboards are for entertainment. They do not provide real-money prizes, gambling, or wagering. Results and availability may be affected by technical issues or rule changes. Publishing a competitive gameplay change can reset that website’s leaderboard.

You are responsible for your interactions with other people. Respect requests to stop contact. Use reporting and blocking features or contact us when you encounter prohibited conduct.

Reports, moderation, and rights complaints

You can report content or accounts through available app controls or email service@intent.inc. For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the material and its location, describe the rights involved, provide contact information, and explain your authority to act. Please make accurate reports and do not forward illegal imagery.

We may review reported content, remove or restrict it, and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect people or the service, or comply with law. We provide notice or an opportunity to respond where appropriate, but immediate action may be needed for serious harm or legal obligations. To ask us to review a decision, contact the same address with the relevant details.

Third-party services

auramaxxing uses external services for authentication, content, hosting, AI features, music, and chat. External links and music previews are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices. We do not control another provider’s availability, catalog, playback limits, or decisions. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Music previews help you discover songs and link to the complete song on Apple Music. Use the provided preview controls; previews are not a background soundtrack or a replacement for the full music service. You receive no right to download, extract, redistribute, or otherwise misuse third-party content. See Credits for content sources.

Service changes and ending use

We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, or other circumstances. When practicable and appropriate, we will give notice of material changes that affect your use.

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Account deletion instructions explain the process. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, harmful conduct, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including relevant ownership, legal, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.

Responsibilities and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content, third-party information, or AI output.

Each party is responsible for its conduct as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights. The protections and remedies required by the law applicable to you remain available. These terms do not require you to give up those rights.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. We will give notice of material updates as required by law. If you do not agree to an update, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
